Apple Pie....YUM!

This morning I visited Love Creek Orchards in Medina, TX. Medina is about 45 minutes away from San Antonio and a beautiful drive. I had heard about Love Creek Orchards a couple of years ago on the Food Network, they were said to have one of the Best Apple Pies around. My dad loves Apple Pie so I thought it would be a great time to get one. (side note: my family is visiting San Antonio for a school board conference and will be in town Sunday for Father's Day). I ended up at home with a frozen pie, fresh slice of pie, carmel dip mix, and cinnamon pecans. Needless to say I LOVE Love Creek Orchards!
