Jason's Job

Today I am writing this blog with the feeling of relief and anticipation.
Jason and I had some big decisions to make over the past few days. Last Thu. Jason's Account (Baptist Hospital) decided that they didn't want Jason in charge of their account. There had been a few disputes that Jason had no control over. Anyhow, Jason was told, since his only account was the Baptist Account, he would have to resign or would be terminated. (We really would have liked him to have been terminated due to benefits and unemployment pay, but they had no grounds for termination). After a lot of thought and prayer we decided that he needed to leave the company. (If he stayed they would made him miserable in order to get him to quit). Jason put in his resignation letter to the company today. With the advice from my Dad and Ronnie (father-in-law) Jason knew he needed to get a contract of termination (stating he had 4 weeks pay with the company and A personal reference from his Boss (positive of course)).
We aren't exactly sure where we will be in the future, but know that God will provide for us. We are relieved that Jason's time with this company is over. Jason has put up with a lot of dishonest and selfish people and we are glad that he can move on. We are anxious to see where we will be living and how we will be paying the bills. Jason is applying to jobs in Abilene, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Austin, and San Antonio. (You can guess which one my mom is routing for?!)
Please keep our family (Jason, Julie, Boomer, and Champ) in your prayers. I know that life and marriage bring many unplanned situations and we would like some extra prayers to get us through them. Thanks!
