Not much..

Not much is new around here. We have a contract pending on our house in San Antonio and it looks like it will be closing on September 18th. We got what we were asking on the house but we have to pay the buyers closing. It is a VA Loan (veteran) so he doesn't have to put anything down either. Kinda sucks because we'll pay around 14,000 towards closing which 3,400 will be out of pocket. We are ready to be done with San Antonio.
Work is going well....My bosses are really nice and easy to work for. Added bonus...they've bought my lunch twice since i've been there.
The house is coming along...we are fixing to order some Turfallo for our back yard. It is a buffalograss hybrid and was created by Texas Tech. It is supposed to be amazing for this part of the state. Its a little pricey but we think it will work out perfectly,added bonus, you mow and water it half as much!
