Nissan Altima

Today Jason and I got a new car. My lexus is currently a lease and is due in December so Jason and I have been talking about getting a new vehicle for the past few months. We finally decided on the Nissan Altima....

We really wanted to get a SUV but with gas prices going up and the high payments we felt that the Altima was the best choice! We love it, and we haggled them until we had what we wanted! We got the sales tax taken off, 500 off the down payment, our rates lowered three times (we had another company that was competitive with them), mud guards, a wind deflector for the sun roof, and window tent. wahoo, car shopping is tough work.

PS. The reason we loved the altima to begin with is we had the same model in Lake Tahoe....we drove from Reno to Tahoe (1 1/2 hrs), around Tahoe (1 hr. ), and to San Francisco (3 1/2 hours) and half way back to Tahoe from San Francisco (1 hr. 45 min) all on one tank of gas (most of the driving was in the mountains)!
